A Top 100 City of London Firm is looking for a Contented Wills, Trusts and Estates Associate to join the team for a full-time, permanent role as they continue to expand.

Responsibilities of your new role

• Handle the full range of contested will, trust and estate work with a strong focus on high value, complex and cross border disputes
• Develop and grow the London team alongside the head of Department
• Run your own caseload and business development

Candidate requirements

This role requires:

• Experience in Contentious Litigation Probate and Trusts work;
• Experience working in a fast-paced, top-tier firm;
• Highly ambitious, motivated person with proven track record in business development;
• Candidates with 5 year of PQE are of most interest, but all other levels will be considered for this role.
