Your new company
Our client is a Top 100 UK law firm with Insurance being one of their core practice areas. They are looking to expand their offering in Bristol with the appointment of an experienced defendant clinical negligence solicitor. The team are Tier 1 ranked in both directories and the firm is an employer of choice for many.

Your new role
You will be joining the award winning tier 1 ranked in both directories defendant clinical negligence team. The team handles a wide range of complex defendant clinical negligence work on behalf of national public bodies ranging in value up to 40+ million.

You will be managing a challenging caseload of high value claims across the clinical negligence spectrum which may also include other catastrophic injuries such as birth defects.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have solid academics as well as an eye for detail and a desire to progress your legal career within clinical negligence. Second career lawyers are welcomed as well as litigators seeking a new direction in their career whether claimant or defendant at a junior level.

You will be a qualified solicitor with the ability to proactively manage a wide ranging caseload of matters and be able to provide tailored legal advice to a range of clients. You will be offered excellent training and support in order for you to gain the skills to thrive in this highly interesting area of the law.

Whilst managing your own caseload, you will form part of a formidable team and contribute to the team and firms success.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years PQE.
