Job Details
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join this well regarded high street firm with three offices in South Wales.
Due to a period of growth they require an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team and handle a varied caseload comprising of the full range of Residential Conveyancing matters such as Sales and Acquisitions of freehold and leasehold property, Mortgages/Remortgages, Residential Lettings, Landlord and Tenant Law and General Property Advice.
Ideally, you will be a qualified Solicitor/FCILEx that is able to manage a caseload and also feels confident dealing with business development and marketing and enjoys providing excellent customer service to its loyal client base.
The role will be predominately based in Cardiff (free car parking) however you will be required to travel to the other offices based in Caerphilly County and Merthyr Tydfil.
Salary for this role will be up to £45K plus benefits (depending on experience). This firm do promote a healthy work/life balance, so you won't be expected to work into long hours.
