Commercial Property Solicitor/CILEx 2-6 PQE

Due to the continued growth of our Commercial Property department, Tilly Bailey & Irvine are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or FCILEx with ideally 2-6 years PQE.

This will be a new addition to a team of two highly experienced Commercial Property Solicitors and one newly qualified Solicitor and will assist them to continue to build strong relationships with commercial clients and a range of third parties both in the North East region and further afield.   

The role will provide exposure to high quality, complex and varied work with regular client contact and business development opportunities.    It is a great opportunity to use and develop your skillset in a supportive environment where you will be responsible for running your own files, which will include Landlord and Tenant work, sales and acquisitions of vacant properties, investment properties and development sites as well as funding work. 

The right person for this role will have an in-depth understanding of property work and a passion to develop their career in this field.  Hard working with strong interpersonal skills and confidence when dealing with clients are vital traits for this role. 

Based in the heart of the Tees Valley in Wynyard Business Park, the office is easy to reach.  It is adjacent to the A19 and 10 minutes east of the A1 (M) and offers free parking.

Salary will be competitive and commensurate on experience.
