£40,000 to £70,000 plus benefits etc
Top 500 solicitors practice based in the heart of the "Gatwick Diamond" seeks Commercial Property Solicitor (2yrs+ PQE) to join busy property department and team of four.
The Role
You will be dealing with Commercial Property acquisitions and disposals, L&T, development work and secured lending acting for a range of clients with a focus on the Care, Retail and Leisure sectors.
The Candidate & Benefits
Any experience with licensing or planning is an advantage for this Commercial Property Solicitor role.
