Residential Property Solicitor

Residential Property - Guilford (Close to main line Station)

Our Client are an established Legal 500 firm in Guildford and now looking for Residential Solicitor to join this successful team. They are recruiting for an experienced Solicitor to join the Residential Property team, delivering a range of complex residential property work for varied client base.

The role involves:

Managing a portfolio of your own transactions; Dealing with clients and carrying out their work to a very high standard; Assisting our senior lawyers with specific tasks on significant matters; Development of our Property business through practice development and marketing activities, in conjunction with our Commercial Property and Private Client teams. About you

You will have an excellent track record of working on complex residential property matters, including:

Leasehold/freehold house/flat sales and purchases, including buy-to-let, auctions, help to buy and shared ownership. Residential development, remortgages, new builds (acting for developers and buyers). Equity release and transfers, declarations of trust, estate/probate/matrimonial sales, lease enfranchisement, lease extensions, enfranchisement claims, easements, restrictive covenants, plot sales, deeds of gift and sales of part. Our clients always come first.
