Our client, a reputable, multi-office law firm in Somerset is seeking a Family Locum to handle a full caseload of privately-funded family law matters, assisting the busy department with the excess work. The assignment is due to commence as soon as the ideal locum can start for an ongoing duration, which is anticipated to be around a month with a strong likelihood of extension.

The ideal candidate will have broad experience of managing a caseload of the full spectrum of private family law work and at least 3 years' PQE. A high degree of competence handling matrimonial and finance matters is particularly desirable as well as the ability to work autonomously.

The firm is ideally seeking a full-time locum, but can offer flexibility in working hours and would also consider a part-time option. Administrative support is available within the team.

The rate of pay on offer is negotiable depending on experience and suitability for the role.
