Paralegal - Residential Property

Are you an experienced paralegal looking for an exciting new opportunity within a well-established, highly reputable, top tier Legal 500 firm? If so, my client would like to hear from you!

Within this challenging position, you will work as part of a team and offer support to the Residential Property Fee Earners on a full range of conveyancing tasks. Your duties will include:

• You will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of client matters, subject to appropriate supervision
• Provide a high quality service to clients, conduct research and deliver business needs and expectations
• Opening, preparing and managing files and bundles. Drafting contracts, checking titles, preparing initial reports to clients on initial paperwork and documentation on behalf of fee earners to agreed deadlines
• Liaising with clients, agents and lenders and providing quotes to clients
• Preparing and approving transfers and attending to completion requisitions for fee earners
• Preparing and finalising Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns, land registration and dealing with discharge of registered charges
• Producing reports, updates and attend meetings

You will have excellent communicative skills with a client focused attitude, experience in Residential Property services and be looking to join a friendly, successful and collaborative team.
