The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor into their Dorking, Surrey office.

This is an exciting opportunity, this is a relatively new office for the firm. Although initially you would work in this office with highly experienced support staff, taking over a caseload from a fee earner that is due to retire. The firm have already signed further office space and have plans to make this a multi-service office.

The firm have already got exceptional relationships locally and you will have a platform to progress, including Partnership. You will be at the forefront of this exciting venture, other Senior Solicitors within the firm regularly visit this office as they have an established client base. You will have good support and a high level of autonomy to make this role your own.

You will grow the Residential Property team and run your own broad, high-quality and often high-value Conveyancing caseload.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression due to the plans for growth.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• Experience of business development will be to advantage
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
• You should work within a team
• You will deal with an excellent quality of work
• Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional bonus structure and benefits package
