The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor into their Reigate, Surrey office.

The work in this office is high-quality, you will deal an affluent client base and be based in an office that houses many of the firms highest billing fee earners.

The Conveyancing department is the largest department firm-wide. They have relationships with high-end and well-known agents and brokers. The department is very dynamic and good at business development, subsequently introducing new business on a weekly business, as well as maintaining existing relationships. This approach allows them to continue to grow and has won them several industry awards.

Right for the right candidate there is an opportunity to manage the team, you will also run your own caseload. You will find a friendly, cohesive, and supportive team environment. You will work with the company's wider network of Partners to grow the department. The practice has all the infrastructure to support you.

Requirements

• Residential Property Solicitor with at least five years PQE (Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives will also be considered)
• Have a strong billings history
• Be ambitious and dynamic
• You will receive a basic salary up to £65k, plus a bonus structure of up to 20% of all billings.
• Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
