A Private Client Solicitor is required to join a well-respected law firm based in Harlow, Essex. Partnership will be obtained for the right candidate.
Operating for over 40 years in the Essex and Hertfordshire regions, this dynamic firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.
We are looking for an experienced solicitor to lead our current Wills and Probate team, and to run the department. Ideally you will be five years plus qualified, STEP qualified or working towards the STEP qualification, with experience in all aspects of Wills and Probate, Inheritance Tax planning, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Court of Protection applications.
The salary offered is very competitive and will be commensurate with experience. There are real prospects for progression for the right candidate such as partnership.
