The Role

Due to expansion, this firm are looking for a Company Commercial solicitor to join their Legal 500 ranked department, in Suffolk.

You will work alongside a passionate and formidable team, consisting of ranked individuals, each bringing their own specialism to the department. The client base will therefore be diverse and impressive. The caseload will include but not limited to: mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, sales and purchase, group structuring and restructurings, commercial contracts, and corporate governance.

This role would suit an experienced and ambitious individual, someone who wants to bring their own specialist area and passion to the practice.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of around 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit with regards to PQE)
• You should have an excellent billings history and strong experience in business development
• You will be an ambitious and determined individual
• You should be an excellent communicator and have good business acumen
• Salary is competitive and based upon experience
