Our client, a leading South West law firm with a high profile client base both nationally and internationally, is seeking assistance from a Locum Litigation Solicitor within their internal compliance and complaints team. The role would see the ideal candidate working alongside other professional negligence lawyers, undertaking a crucial role for the practice assisting the firm in maintaining its high standard of practice.

The team has responsibility for risk management, complaints and ongoing prevention of complaints and claims through constantly ensuring compliance with SRA guidelines and procedures.

This opportunity has arisen due to an important member of the team leaving for maternity and will be available for 9 months from the soonest available date for the ideal candidate.

In order to secure this attractive role, candidates will need to have an extensive background in handling professional negligence claims on behalf of law firms and excellent working knowledge of SRA compliance requirements and procedures.

The firm is ideally seeking someone to join the team full-time, but can offer flexibility in working hours and would also consider part-time working for the right candidate. The rate of pay on offer is negotiable depending on experience and suitability for the role.
