Job Details

An ABS which is regulated by the SRA, is looking to recruit a landlord & tenant paralegal for their team in Bourne End.
The ideal candidate will already have experience, specifically in Landlord and Tenant work.
The nature of the work will require a highly organised individual with the proven ability to handle a significant volume of cases relating to landlord and tenant work and understand what it is to manage a case at any given stage of it progress. Previous experience experience in a high volume litigation team or junior fee earning position would be considered highly advantageous as would a good understanding of lettings and property management matters.
As an individual you should have good interpersonal skills a confident manner with good ability to communicate at all levels. An ability to deal with and manage commercial expectations of a modern legal working environment is key using your own initiative without too much supervision being required.
This is a great firm to work for with good support available for professional development and a modern approach.
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary around 30k.
