Residential Property Fee Earner.

This top tier firm is recruiting into their residential property team in Yeovil. 
 
This role is slightly different - in that you will be working specifically with one large client, who referrers a high volume of clients buying property throughout the UK. 
 
Although new business development is not a requirement of this role, you will have excellent communication skills in order to keep this client happy and encourage the referral stream to continue!
 
To enable this relationship to continue, you should be able to travel across the South to meet clients when required, have a driving licence, and your own car.    
 
You will be responsible for progressing residential property matters from instruction to completion. You will be acting for clients buying both new build homes and more usual conveyancing, so experience in both would be ideal but not essential. 
 
To apply for this role you should be either a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer, ideally with at least 1-2 years' experience under your belt.  
 
You will work in a professional and supportive office environment, in a firm who hold a work-life balance in high regard.
