They are a Real Estate focused firm, with several departments which compliment this nicely including; Planning, Construction, Corporate and Litigation. With the grow of the department, there is an excellent scope for progression for the right candidates.

The role

The firm is seeking a Plot Sales / Residential Property Paralegal to be based out of their West End office.

Property is at the forefront of all the work they do. This role will involve working with a highly experienced Commercial Property / Development team. You will deal with a broad range of quality matters including; Plot Sales, Development, Acquisitions for development and Residential Development, acting for developers of both Plc and private companies in connection with commercial property acquisitions and extensive multi-purpose developments.

The majority (50-75%) of your work will be in Plot Sales, but you will also have wider exposure to HNW work across: Residential Sales and Purchases, Re-Mortgages, etc. as well. The culture here is excellent; the work is on par with big City firms, but the culture is unashamedly West End.
