Residential Property Lawyer - Our clients, a leading Kent firm have asked us to find them a further residential property lawyer to join their thriving Legal 500 team at their West Kent offices. 

They are looking for a NQ solicitor, experienced legal executive or paralegal who has at least 1-2 years property experience. You will be tasked with managing your own caseload and assisting a partner on complex matters whilst contributing to the overall performance of the team. He/she will be expected to have a good understanding on all aspects of property transactions ranging from freehold and leasehold residential, sales, purchases and remortgages to shared ownership and buy to let.

A proactive approach towards business development and the ability to deliver a high standard of client care are also essential for this position.
