We are looking to recruit Senior Lawyers who can be Solicitors, Barristers or Fellows of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives with skills and experience in the areas of:
- Property - a mixed commercial workload of property transactions.
- Contracts and Procurement - advising on procurement procedures, negotiating and drafting contracts
- Litigation - criminal and civil litigation including planning related litigation.
- Criminal and civil litigation, including planning related litigation.
- General Local Government law, including licensing.
At least 3 years PQE in the chosen area, preferably obtained within a local authority environment, is desirable though not essential.
