The role

The firm is currently seeking to recruit an Immigration Solicitor to their City office.

You will work as part of a Legal 500 ranked department, working alongside a highly experienced Partner you will receive an excellent level of exposure. The Immigration department is currently thriving, they deal with a varied caseload, often acting for HNW individuals, company owner's entrepreneurs. Both based in the UK and non-UK clients dealing with a varied caseload including; Tier 1 entrepreneur visa, Sponsor licence tier 2 applications, Tier 2 compliance, advising businesses from SME to FTSE 250, Acting for Tier 1 "high-value migrants", Leave to remain, Extensions to work permits and leave to remain.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will be an Immigration Lawyer with at least four years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of experience)
• You will be based in the City of London office.
• A good billings history is essential, experience of introducing new business is desired
• You should be ambitious and wanting to progress
• Remuneration is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure and benefits package
