This role will be based close to Harrow, Middlesex. They also have an office in Central London which since its launch is now at full capacity (50 staff in total) with them now having to look for even larger premises, now is an exciting time to join, on offer are good prospects, Partnership and even for the right candidate Equity in the future.

The firm are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to focus on Residential Development for their Harrow, Middlesex office.

Property is at the forefront of all the work they do. This role will involve working with a highly experienced Commercial Property / Development Partner. You will deal with a broad range of quality matters including; Development, Acquisitions for development, Commercial Leases, Residential Development, acting for developers of both Plc and private companies in connection with commercial property acquisitions and extensive multi-purpose developments.

The Partner is currently very busy. On offer is a springboard for progression.

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least two years PQE (there is no limit at all on the upper end, the firm will happily consider lateral moves or something looking for a step up)
• You will have experience in Residential Development work
• You will deal with quality work, working alongside a highly-regarded team
• This team are taking more market share making now an exciting time to join
• Based close to Harrow in Middlesex
• Salary is negotiable and dependent on your level of experience
