One of East Anglias leading law firms with an excellent reputation throughout the region are looking to put in place succession plans in terms of their Corporate & Commercial and recruit a senior lawyer to the team.

The firm plan to offer a realistic route to the head of department role and the possibility of equity in the future if this is of interest.

The firm is a multi service law firm with a network of offices throughout Suffolk and offer services to both individual and business clients. They pride themselves on their friendly dynamic and forward thinking approach which has allowed them to go from strength to strength in recent years. They have ambitious plans for the future and are looking to find an ambitious commercial lawyer to contribute and share in their success.

The recruiting Corporate & Commercial department enjoys a top rate reputation that spreads nationally and are therefore able to attract a regular flow of good quality commercial work into the firm and act on behalf of clients across a broad range of sectors.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be a lawyer with a minimum of 10 years experience of dealing with corporate & Commercial matters as part of a well respected firm. You will be ambitious to progress your career to a senior level and have the enthusiasm to be the driving force for the future success and development of your team over many years to come.

As well as being an accomplished commercial lawyer you will also be a keen business developer and networker as you will be a key player in maintaining strong relationships with current commercial clients as well as winning new ones to ensure the department remains one of the strongest departments in the East Anglia area.

The salary for this role will be dependent on experience and there will be other benefits such as bonuses, pension contributions, childcare vouchers and much more as part of an excellent package.
