QED legal are working with a well respected and established Corporate & Commercial department who are looking to recruit a solicitor to their team.

This firm is not a huge commercial firm, however they are a multi service law firm with a network of offices throughout Suffolk and offer services to both individual and business clients. They are legal 500 listed across the majority of their practice areas. They pride themselves on their friendly dynamic and forward thinking approach which has allowed them to go from strength to strength in recent years.

The Corporate & Commercial team deals with the broad remit of corporate & Commercial law matters including M&As, structuring and restructuring of businesses, joint ventures and a broad range of commercial agreements.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years PQE and will have experience in this area of law gained within a highly regarded commercial team.

As well as the fee earning side of things you will be ambitious to get involved in the business development activities of the firm and build up a name for yourself as a leading corporate and commercial lawyer.

The salary will be highly competitive and the firm will offer an excellent benefit package.
