An Aviation Solicitor is required for an exceptional opportunity with an award-winning law firm. This role will suit an experienced Solicitor who is looking to progress within a very well-regarded practice and team.
My client is a successful law firm which boasts an outstanding reputation and is renowned for having high success. The Aviation team is one of the best in its field and they hold some of London's best Lawyers. Working for a firm of this calibre will provide career progression and development with the markets leading professionals to learn from and work alongside.
Your role within the Aviation team would be the following:
Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
Drafting and compliance (including airline conditions of carriage, package holiday conditions etc)
Aviation Regulatory issues
Package Travel and ATOL regulatory issues and advice
Consumer and passenger rights issues
Key experience required:
* Law degree, or the equivalent
* Previous experience within this field of work.
* Adheres to guidelines and client protocols/KPIs
