Job Details
A renowned research organisation based in West London seeks a Commercial Contracts Officer to support the business on key Agreements. Note that this role is available on a LTD company hourly rate basis.
Sitting within a small team, and reporting into the department head; this role calls for an experienced commercial contracts professional with IP experience, who is able to confidently and independently review, negotiate and draft bespoke agreements with ease; as well as track and manage the contracts process. This role focuses upon handling a wide range of commercial agreements for the team, including Funding Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements and IP; as well as dealing with due diligence, policy matters and other ad hoc issues.
To be considered for this position, you will have the LLB, and LPC, as well as significant, demonstrable commercial contracts experience of at least 3 years. You will be confident, personable and an effective communicator, able to build relationships within the business. Strong knowledge and practical experience of IP is also a must.
