Your new role
Working as part of the eDisclosure Dispute Resolution team you will support tasks pre, during and post the disclosure processes on diverse high value and complex litigation and will also provide litigation support on a variety of matters. Your responsibilities will include assisting with aspects of files managed by qualified solicitors and undertaking legal tasks as directed and under supervision, including preparing court bundles, collating exhibits, drafting letters, and drafting court documents. You will additionally be required to undertake legal research, using appropriate methods and sourcing, presenting the results in an accurate and timely manner. You should be familiar with trail preparation and electronic disclosure.


What you'll need to succeed
To qualify for this position, you must be educated to degree level LLB (or equivalent) with preferably a 2:1 or above and ideally have the LPC, you should have experience working on trial preparation and be familiar with electronic disclosure. Previous experience within a similar role is desirable, , excellent organisational capability with excellent attention to detail, client service focussed, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to work as an effective member of a team and to offer support to peers, where required.
