The role

This is an excellent opportunity for a New build Property Solicitor to join this firm's established Crystal Palace office.

There is an opportunity for the right candidate that you will manage an experienced team and be at the forefront of an exciting venture. The work in this office is high-quality, you will deal an affluent client base and be based in an office that houses many of the firms highest billing fee earners.

The Residential Property department is the largest department firm-wide. They have relationships with high-end and well-known agents and brokers. The department is very dynamic and good at business development, subsequently introducing new business on a weekly business, as well as maintaining existing relationships. This approach allows them to continue to grow and has won them several industry awards.

You will work as part of the Residential New Builds team that works with some of the largest. Most well-known developers nationally.

This role will suit an ambitious, driven candidate who is seeking a platform for progression.

Requirements:

• New Builds Conveyancer with at least one years' PQE (Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives will also be considered)
• Have a strong billings history
• Can lead and motivate a team, with a positive outlook
• Be ambitious and dynamic
• Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
