Job Details
QED Legal are recruiting a Property Paralegal for one of Windsor's longest established firms. Our client is experiencing a sustained period of growth and is expanding their busy team in order to meet with rising client demand.
We are recruiting a Paralegal to join the busy property department of a well respected firm in Windsor. The candidate will assist both the Commercial and Residential departments so this is a great opportunity for a candidate to build on previous Property law experience.
The Residential Property department deals with all aspects of sales and purchases of mid to high value properties. They also look after clients who are looking to remortgage, transfer equity or are buying on a shared ownership basis. The Commercial department handle a wide range of work from sales and acquisitions to landlord and tenant work and have a good amount of development work coming in.
You will be a Paralegal with experience in assisting Property teams (preferably in both Residential and Commercial matters) and strong organisational skills, good technical understanding and a desire to succeed.
