The Role

The firm are looking to hire Commercial Property Paralegals into one of their offices in Norfolk.

You will assist the Senior Associates and Partners in the Commercial Property team, where you'll be involved in all aspects of commercial conveyancing, including sales and purchases of properties and businesses, mortgaging and re-financing as well as landlord and tenant matters.

There is also the possibility that the successful individual could also work in the Commercial and Corporate departments across a range of matters including: commercial contracts, Corporate and Commercial. You should have a keen interest in Commercial matters and previous experience in related legal matters.

This role comes with good prospects for progression, as the firm are eager for commercial orientated Paralegals to progress onto training contracts.

Requirements:

• You will be a Paralegal with a minimum of 6 months of Commercial Property Experience
• You should demonstrate good commercial awareness
