The Firm

This firm was established in the North West and is a Top 50 National practice with over 1,000 members of staff across their UK offices.

The Role

Due to a number of large projects in the near future, the firm is seeking to hire a Planning Associate with 5+ years PQE to join their Manchester City Centre team.

The Planning team handle a large and exciting variety of high quality work for their private and public sector clients.

In this role, you will have conduct of your own matters, providing clients with commercially focussed planning advice and guidance, and working collaboratively with other members of the team to help deliver further growth for the department and nationally.

You will need to have strong experience in either promoting CPO's, drafting complex section 106 agreements for residential developments and/or advising in relation to DCO applications.

Requirements:

• You will be a Planning Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
• You will have good client facing experience and an enthusiasm for developing client relations
• Strong technical knowledge is essential
• You will have excellent communication and time management skills
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience
