My client is a leading international law firm focused on litigation. They operate from a number of offices across the UK and are currently looking for a junior defendant clinical negligence solicitor to work relatively independently out of their Birmingham office.

The firm has a highly regarded defendant clinical negligence team and so experience in this areas is essential. The claims will be of a range of values and the work will include both pre-litigation and litigation stages, across a variety of types of claims.

You will need to have completed at least a seat in defendant clinical negligence during your training contract
