Commercial Property Project Locum

An interesting opportunity for a Commercial Property Project Locum has arisen within a public sector organisation in the Midlands. The contract is ideally to start ASAP for an initial period of 3 months and there is a strong chance that it could be extended.

You will be responsible for handling land acquisitions for the development of new housing, joint ventures, CPOs, managing external relationships with law firms and ensuring the firms comply with their governance. Knowledge of dealing with collaboration agreements would be beneficial.

Ideally, the client is looking to secure a candidate on a full-time basis, however part-time options may also be considered. Flexible working hours and remote working may also be offered to the right candidate.

Applications will be considered from qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives with strong Local Authority experience.

An hourly rate of between £40 and £45 is on offer, dependent upon experience.
