Job Details
A long-standing firm in the Warminster area are looking to recruit an experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer to bolster their established team.
This firm are strongly rooted in the community and have been providing legal support to individuals and local businesses for over 80 years, with particular expertise handling litigation, property and private client cases.
Due to an ongoing increase in work, there is now an opening for you as a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join this reputable firm. This is an excellent opportunity for you if you wish to work in a role with high levels of autonomy, a collegiate working environment, and the support of an experienced group of colleagues.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following attributes:
- Qualified Lawyer (a Solicitor or FILEx will be considered), with at least 2-3 years' PQE
- Experienced handling a litigation caseload, with particular experience in landlord and tenant, possession proceedings and other general civil litigation matters such as debt recovery
- Able to work under minimal or no supervision
