The role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Practice Manager to join a thriving team based in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

The firm have a tight knit community feel about them, you will join Solicitors and Partners who are ahead of the game both legally and in a commercial/business sense. They work cohesively with one another, with a good level of interdepartmental teamwork throughout the firm.

You will have an all encompassing role, from general office administration, to helping with business development, business planning and operations, staff management, taking over the running of the firm when the Director is on leave, decision making, staff hiring, managing accounts and budgeting, and more.
