Residential Property Solicitor

Most of their work comes in from referrals, and they are currently very busy within the Residential Property department.

The firm is seeking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor into their Bournemouth office.

You will work as part of an experienced team dealing with a Conveyancing caseload, which will include; HNW transactions, Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold, Lease extensions, Transfers of equity and re-mortgages.

You will run your own caseload and support is available, they also use the latest in case management software.

The firm believes in offering a first-class service and charging well for it.They do not believe in overloading people with caseloads. You will find a manageable caseload which will allow time to be available to speak to clients.

You will be either a Residential Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with at least two years experience of running a Conveyancing caseload.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team. Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, up to £50k. You will also be enrolled onto the firms excellent benefits package.
