My client is a leading national and international insurance litigation specialist with a footprint of offices across the UK. They are looking to recruit an experienced Insurance Litigation specialist to join their Technical team, to advise on an excellent quality caseload of high complexity and value Insurance Recovery matters.
 
The team acts for a ‘who’s who’ list of insurers, undertaking high profile and highly complex insurance litigation work, often with settlement values £5m - £20m relating to property damage, policy coverage disputes and fraud cases, led by two Partners highly respected in this area of Insurance Litigation.
 
The role would suit a Solicitor or equivalently qualified fee earners who has experience in insurance recoveries work, however someone with a strong commercial litigation background, in particular contract disputes, would also be suitable. There is great potential for career progression with this role which would be fully supported by the Partners in this team.
 
The role offers a superb quality caseload where you will act with a high degree of autonomy on behalf of well know insurers, as well as the financial and career progression one would expect.
