Your new role
As a Fee Earner within the Real Estate Finance team you will work with the team to progress matters on behalf of a variety of lenders who operate in short term lending and bridging finance. The team have significant experience in handling a wide range of work in property finance, dealing with large and private lenders, in regulated and unregulated markets. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a property background who are looking to further specialise.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have a minimum of 1-2 years in a residential conveyancing role. You should be experienced in dealing with residential and investor based purchases and remortgages, on joint and separate representation basis. You will ideally have a basic knowledge of HMO's (Houses in Multiple Occupation) and buy to let matters. Finance / lending experience would be beneficial but is not essential (training will be provided) - whereas the residential property experience is essential for the role.
