Your new company
A leading FTSE 250 listed Investments Financial Technology company, one that has ingrained itself in the financial markets. The company are outsourcing specialists, with a presence in the technology, payments and regulated investments fields.
Your new role
This role has a range of responsibilities, this will involve working on terms for retail investment products (ETFs, bonds, etc.), ensuring compliance; negotiating and reviewing business-critical contractual agreements with suppliers, clients and partners; as well as building relationships across the business from stakeholders, through to the regulatory and sales teams. The role will sit within the legal and commercial team, so a sound commercial mind will be necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK qualified lawyer with 5-10 years' PQE (as a guide only), and knowledge and experience working with investment products. You will have trained with a reputable firm or a financial services company's in-house legal function.
