Job Details
This outstanding organisation are seeking an experienced litigation solicitor to work in their busy housing team, supporting good work in the community and beyond.
This opportunity enables a qualifed lawyer to give back to society, by working for an outstanding business, being well looked after, and working hard to achieve the best results for the vulnerable members of our community.
You will have a background in housing litigation, with particular emphasis on tenancy enforcement, all contentious housing matters including injunctions, possession work, together with other issues around anti-social behaviour, sub-letting and failure of occupier to comply. Disrepair cliams will also make up a proportion of your caseload, therefore experience in this area would be beneficial.
Ideally you will be currently working in a high street private practice, or public sector organisation, and will have some experience, but not necessarily a vast amount of experience is required, as training, support and mentoring will be provided.
