The Role

The firm's Corporate group are widely recognised as leaders in their field and now they are looking for a motivated Senior Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join them.

The team advise UK and international public and private companies, including numerous Fortune 500 and FTSE 250 companies, financial institutions, private companies and entrepreneurs.

The role will provide you with a range of high-profile corporate matters, with an emphesis on M&As, corporate finance, private equity and capital market instructions, in a culture that encourages and supports your personal development.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE
• Experience gained in in a well-recognised practice
• Evidence of an ability to network
• You will need to be self-motivated, confident and have strong people skills
• Must be qualified in England & Wales as a Solicitor and currently practising at a private practice law firm in the UK.
