Debt Recovery Solicitor

A rare opportunity has arisen at a leading North West firm for a Debt Recovery Solicitor with upwards of 2 year's post qualification experience.

The firm offers an outstanding service to commercial clients in the field of commercial litigation and debt recovery.

Experience in business to business debt recovery, (including charging orders, bankruptcy and winding up petitions) as well as more general commercial contract claims is desirable. The client base is varied, from OMB's, SME's through to large PLC's.

You will join a thriving, niche firm with a head count of 10 Solicitors plus support staff.

The salary for the role is expected to be £35,000 - £45,000 depending upon experience.

23 days annual leave, bonus (which can reach up to £1,000 per quarter), parking on site and other benefits including flexible/home working.
