If you are a Insolvency Solicitor who is looking for a new challenge in 2019 and to join a leading and award winning firm, this may be the perfect role for you.
This well-established Legal 200 law firm, based in Cardiff, is currently looking for a Insolvency Solicitor to join its recognised team in this key placement. You will be provided with all the support and development to help grow and develop the department. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage. You will be acting for qualified insolvency practitioner accountants, as well as lenders, businesses and individuals.
Your role as a Insolvency Solicitor will involve:
- Working in all aspects of insolvency, both personal and corporate, including transactional, advisory and contentious insolvency including Company Act claims and shareholder disputes.
- Being able to business develop and network in order to bring new clients onboard and help build existing relationships.
- A clear career path from the outset.
