Job Details
A bespoke immigration law firm in West Yorkshire is looking for a Director of Compliance to join their team. This is a very niche role and is an opportunity not to be missed!
Our client is an expert in tier 4 immigration and is responsible for advising well-regarded independent schools on immigration and sponsorship matters. They are the only firm in the UK who specialise in this type of work therefore they are rapidly expanding.
They work with schools to monitor their compliance with immigration policies to ensure they are full compliant. Their students come from prestigious backgrounds in various locations worldwide including China, Hong Kong and the Far East. This client focused role will include travel around the UK to audit the schools, however, in time international travel may also be required as they have representation in over 27 countries worldwide.
The ideal candidate will be able to liaise with various institutions, organisations and industry leading clients and engage with stakeholders at the highest level. You will ideally have experience of management and implementation of compliance policies.
Experience of UK immigration is ideal, however, our client appreciate that this may not be possible and are willing to consider candidates who have risk and compliance and audit experience.
The successful candidate must have solid compliance experience acquired in a professional services organisation. This must include auditing experience and experience in delivering compliance strategies for large organisations.
