Childcare Solicitor
My client, a well established regional law firm, seeks an experienced Family/Childcare Solicitor to take up a permanent position within the well established and highly successful childcare team. Taking over an existing caseload, the role is focused on care work and also some private children's matters.
Reporting to the Partners, on a day to day basis you will be providing specialist advice on child care matters (both pubic and private law Children's Act work), conducting you own advocacy and dealing with matters from initial enquiry through to conclusion.
