Property Paralegal Team Leader in Post Completion Team working on SDLT returns and Land Registry applications


Winning multiple awards and recognition in the directories in recent years this large commercial international firm has an opportunity to work in it's Leeds city centre. This firm is seeking a Paralegal Team Leader in its Leeds based commercial property department.

You will be an experienced Team Leader supervising a small team of Real Estate Paralegals and reporting directly to the Partner. You will be in an existing commercial property related role dealing with post completion including Land Registry application and Stamp Duty Land Tax.

You will be working in a large commercial firm able to deliver an excellent service. You will be self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines using document management systems You will be a good communicator with excellent attention to detail. This opportunity is ideal if you are able to work under pressure and are a strong team leader.
