Job Details
My law firm client is seeking a high calibre Hong Kong admitted solicitor with solid experience to join their well-established Property Department. Their conveyancing practice is diversified and their clientele includes major property developers, renowned local and international banking and financial institutions, private and listed companies.
The successful candidate will handle property related work including but not limited to sale and purchase of properties or acquisition/ disposal of property owning companies, loans and mortgages, leasing, tenancy agreements, joint ventures, property management related advice project development work and property related commercial work. Applicants should be meticulous and conscientious, with good interpersonal and communication skills. Good English and Chinese language skills are required.
