Are you a newly qualified Corporate Solicitor or a Trainee Solicitor looking to qualify into Corporate in 2019 in the North East?

We are working with an award-winning practice who are a firm fixture in the legal Northern market who consistently outperform some of the leading national and international practices in the region.

They are looking for a junior Corporate lawyer to join their team.

The role will be dealing with a varied range of corporate work including corporate finance transactions, business set up, major fundraising, IPO's and M&A work.

The Corporate team have consistently won numerous awards over the years, and this is a fantastic supportive environment to develop your skills, and blossom under the guidance of some of the best Corporate lawyers in the North.

The environment here is truly different, and a nice place to be in what is quite a competitive and intense legal practice area.
