You will be joining a leading Durham based law firm that has won awards both in their conveyancing team and as a wider company. This is a firm that has grown tremendously over the last decade and plans are in place to continue that success, initially with this appointment within residential conveyancing. You can expect a varied and interesting caseload that encompasses all aspects of conveyancing work.

Due to the busy nature of the office, you will also start with an existing caseload, with the aim of developing and increasing the work in the department.
 
Significant experience and the ability to hit the ground running are key skills you must hold. You must be a qualified solicitor, or a vastly experienced conveyancer, who has previously worked on freehold and leasehold purchases, new build properties, and purchases through the Help to Buy scheme.

Excellent communication and history using a case management system are also a requirement.
