An exciting opportunity has arisen for a product liability solicitor to join the team at the London office of this Legal 100 firm, on a 12-month contract basis.
In this role, you will be acting for an array of defendant clients such as major insurers, running your own caseload as well as assisting on large, group product liability claims, including those with an international element. Cases include defective medical devices, pharmaceutical claims, electrical goods, and industrial equipment.
You will need to be a qualified solicitor with experience of defendant product liability claims, this may be part of a wider defendant caseload such as personal injury or property damage.
