Corporate Associate

This is an exciting chance for a Corporate Solicitor aspiring to progress in a Top 100 firm, working as part of a growing and award-winning Corporate team.

The team has a particular focus on technology investment and M&A and are highly reputed for their VC work. You will benefit from solid exposure to clients such as growth companies, investment funds and private investors on a variety of regional, national and international transactions? which will put you ahead of your years in terms of PQE.

The Role

This Firm is looking to hire a Corporate Solicitor with 2+ years PQE into their Taunton, Somerset office.

This department is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and has grown year on year.

This is a genuine chance to springboard your career so ideally, you will already have gained experience of working on and managing a range of corporate transactions, and be seeking to expand your experience and further your career with a leading practice.

You will report directly to the Partner and play a key part in a wide variety of work, including business and share acquisitions and disposals at a regional, national and international level.
Also, you'll work on joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, corporate reorganisations and partnership arrangements.

• You will be a Corporate Lawyer 2+ years PQE
