Commercial Property Solicitor

This international law firm certainly have a lot to offer! 

Due to planned expansion they are now recruiting for a managing associate solicitor to join their strong commercial property team.  

In this role you will work closely with a chambers rated, long established partner, who will be on hand to guide and mentor you as appropriate.  

The quality of your caseload will be outstanding: 
You will advise both public and private clients on major projects across the UK and internationally. These clients are often sizeable and well known and advising them outside of London firms is rare. 

As a managing associate solicitor, you will have circa 2-3 direct reports. Solicitors with at least 3-4 years' real estate experience are encouraged to apply, but if you fall outside of this you will still be considered for this team. 

You will progress, but in which direction will be up to you:
There are partnership prospects for those interested, but equally this firm recognise that partnership is not everyone's end goal. Some solicitors prefer to progress in other ways, perhaps just technically, or in people management. All options exist here.

Applications will be welcomed from commercial property solicitors from both high street and regional law firms. What is more important is your attitude, commitment, and ability to work as a team.  

All flexible working patterns will be considered. This firm fully support agile working. 

Relocators will be considered. Be settled in Devon in time for summer!
